How credit works
Every plan comes with credit
AI work uses it: building, writing, creating images, video and music. In ES you always see how much is left.
Every job has its price
You see it before you start, or right after. With your own keys or a connected subscription, that job doesn’t touch your credit.
If it runs out, you top up
€10, €25, or €50, at no extra cost: €25 of credit costs €25 + VAT. Or automatic top-up, with a monthly maximum ES never goes over.
We warn you before it runs out
When 20% is left and when it runs out, also by email and on your phone. If it runs out, AI work stops, including automations and the assistants for your customers. Websites, apps and data stay online.
Credit you don’t use
Included credit is valid for its month. Credit you top up never expires.

How does the trial work?
Sign-ups get a free 7-day trial, no credit card required. During the trial the heaviest jobs have a cap, and putting a website online needs a plan. When the trial ends, pick a plan to keep going: your work stays.
What’s included in each plan?
The cards above spell it out: monthly included AI usage, number of workspaces, number of people, archive size, number of online sites and apps, and number of connected databases, plus the features included. Those numbers aren’t estimates: they’re the actual limits of your license.
What are the included usages?
It’s the paid AI you use while working — text, images, video, voice, searches — up to your plan’s amount. It resets every month; unused amounts don’t roll over.
What happens if I exceed the included usages?
We let you know, in ES, by email and on your phone, when 20% is left and when it runs out. Then you continue with prepaid credits (€10, €25 or €50), which never expire, also automatically with a monthly maximum you choose. If the credits run out too, AI work stops, including automations and the assistants answering your customers; websites, apps and data stay online.
What if I hit the other limits (people, archive, online sites…)?
You don’t lose anything: what you have stays and keeps working. To add more, move up to a higher plan, or ask us for a custom plan.
What’s a workspace, and when do I need more than one?
A workspace is a work space with its own projects, people, keys, and agents, separated from the others. You need more than one to keep different activities or companies truly separate. All workspaces under the same owner share one license: credits and limits are shared.
Who manages the plan, credits, and invoices?
The license owner and the admins. Invited people work with the license’s resources and don’t pay anything themselves.
Can I invite collaborators?
Yes, up to the number of people per workspace in your plan. Ecliptio staff and verified partners (agencies and coaches) don’t take up a spot.
I work with an agency or a coach: how does it work?
The license is yours. The agency or coach, verified by Ecliptio, joins your workspace as a partner: they don’t take up a spot, and you decide what they can do. If you stop working together, the work stays with you.
Can I use my own AI keys or servers?
Yes. If you connect your own keys (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter) or your own model server, you pay those usages directly to the provider, and they don’t touch your plan’s included usages.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in Europe. You can also connect your own storage space: in that case, files live there and don’t count toward your plan’s archive.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, whenever you want, from “Change plan.” Moving to a higher plan takes effect immediately; cancellations and moves to a lower plan take effect at the end of the period. Your data remains intact.
